If I didn’t stay for the award ceremony, how do I go about getting my award?

There are two ways that you can receive your award after the day of the race?

1.) You can stop by our office and pick it up. We request that you call before coming to make sure that we are in the office. The office address is: 5125 Convoy Street #200, San Diego, CA 92111

2.) You can mail us a check or money order for $3 and we can put your award in the mail to you. With your check, please include your name, address, and what you placed to ensure that we get your award to you as soon as possible.

Why do you not give out finisher medals?

We don’t hand out finisher medals at the races in order to keep participant entry fees as low as possible. Normally, finisher medals are awarded to participants at longer distance triathlons. So, we choose to give out finisher pins instead.

RESULTS

Where can I find the race results?

Results will be available the night of the race at www.y-events.com. The results will be up on our website under the results section the Tuesday morning after the race. The split results will be available the Friday after the race on both our website and at www.y-events.com.

What if I think my results are incorrect?

The best way to resolve a dispute with the results is to e-mail the timing company. The best e-mail to contact them is:

Triathlon Events: results@geminitiming.com

They will get back to you as soon as they can.

T-SHIRTS

What if I forgot to pick up my T-shirt at the race?

There are two ways that you can receive your T-shirt if you forgot to pick it up at the expo and at the finish line.

1.) You can stop by our office and pick it up. We request that you call before coming to make sure that we are in the office and that we have your size available. The office address is: 5125 Convoy Street #200, San Diego, CA 92111

2.) You can mail us a check or money order for $3 and we can put your T-shirt in the mail to you. With your check, please include your name, address, and your size to ensure that we get your t-shirt to you as soon as possible.

What if they ran out of my size at the race?

We do the best that we can to order the correct sizes for all of our participants. The sizes that we order are based on what people sign up for upon registration. If we ran out of your size we will do the best we can to provide you with a shirt that you can wear. However, we can not guarantee all t-shirt sizes.

LOST & FOUND

If I lost something at the race, how do I find out if it was found?

If you lost something at the race feel free to call the office. Any lost and found items that we have will make it to the office and we will have them available for you to pick up.
